Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Return Window

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. We may not be able to process returns submitted after this period.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used or washed apparel

  • Custom-made designs not due to damage or error

  • Clearance or final-sale items (unless defective or incorrect)

Free Return Process

If your return request is approved:

  1. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label.

  2. Print the label and attach it securely to your return package.

  3. Drop off the package at the designated carrier as instructed.

Return shipping is completely free – no costs to you.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

Exchanges

If you’d like an exchange for a different size or if the item is faulty, please contact us. We’ll send out a replacement after receiving your return (subject to availability).
